RESERVATION POLICY
We accept limited reservations for parties of all sizes. Reservations can be made through our website at any time or by phone at 802-489-5644 after 3:00 p.m. All members of a party must be present in order to be seated; we do not seat partial parties. We will hold a reservation for 10 minutes past the confirmed time before we release it to the next guest.
We encourage you to visit without a reservation. We reserve a portion of our dining room for first come, first served seating and we will offer our full dinner menu at our bar, beginning July 1, 2021.
CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS
Parties over 10 may be subject to a deposit payable by credit card and refundable with a 48-hour notice of cancellation or change in party size.
PARKING
Metered parking is available near the restaurant on both sides of St. Paul Street, as well as along Main Street one block away. For ease of parking, we recommend the Marketplace Garage at 147 Cherry Street, a large parking garage which offers the first two hours free and Corporate Plaza Garage at 76 St. Paul Street.
Pizzeria Verità has become a go-to spot for get-togethers of all types. If you are interested in planning an event or dinner party for parties over 6 guests, please contact us at info@pizzeriaverita.com.

We make our pizzas using the traditional Neapolitan technique of pushing out a light, thin crust – taking care to push air into the cornicione, or edge – then topping each dough with just the right amount of fresh ingredients and baking the pizza in a very hot wood-fired oven. All the flavors come together in that short baking time, resulting in a tasty balance with no dominant flavors – a unique characteristic of traditional Neapolitan pizza. The majority of our toppings come from local sources here in Vermont, which stems from a commitment to supporting our local farmers and food producers and our dedication to the Neapolitan tradition.
